The first of five Walmart heavy-duty natural gas vehicles made a trip from Indiana to California for the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, California. Powered by Cummins’ X15N 15-liter compressed natural gas (CNG) engine, the truck made stops along the way to refuel at Chevron CNG stations. Walmart has a goal to achieve zero emissions across global operations by 2040, which includes several initiatives within their Class 8 transportation fleet.
