Our Staff

Stephanie Mann became executive director of Greater Indiana Clean Cities in October 2026. She is a born-and-bred Hoosier who loves Indiana and is excited about the opportunity to help Greater Indiana grow and become an even stronger resource for the state.

She brings more than 10 years of experience in program leadership, workforce development, grant management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Greater Indiana Clean Cities, Stephanie served as Assistant Director of Training at ASPIN, where she helped administer a $3 million federally funded HRSA workforce development initiative. She worked with 23 employer partners and eight apprenticeship partners and managed statewide program activities, training, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

As Executive Director, Stephanie’s priorities include expanding the benefits Greater Indiana provides to its members, increasing member access to Indiana’s growing renewable-energy workforce, pursuing grant opportunities, and building stronger relationships with students and Indiana colleges and universities.

Stephanie is particularly excited about the growth happening in the clean and renewable energy industry and the opportunities it creates for Indiana.
