Lion Electric, Blue Bird, ROUSH CleanTech, and Kerlin Bus Sales and Leasing Highlight Sustainable School Buses

Greater Indiana Clean Cities, Inc. is partnering with Lion Electric, Blue Bird, ROUSH CleanTech, and Kerlin Bus Leasing and Sales to bring you a webinar discussing the electric and propane school bus technology available for schools interested in current grant funding opportunities.
Lion Electric is an innovative manufacturer of zero-emission vehicles, creating, designing, and manufacturing all-electric class 5 to class 8 commercial urban trucks and all electric buses and minibuses for the school, paratransit, and mass transit markets. During the webinar Lion Electric’s Sales Manager, Maria Brown, will discuss the benefits of electric school buses and the various electric school bus technologies Lion Electric offers.
Blue Bird is recognized as an industry leader for school bus innovation, safety, product quality/reliability/durability, operating costs and drivability. In addition, Blue Bird is the market leader in alternative fuel applications with its propane-powered and electric-powered school buses. Albert Burleigh, Regional Executive Director, will be providing an overview of Blue Bird’s electric and propane school buses.
ROUSH CleanTech is an industry leader of advanced clean transportation solutions. ROUSH CleanTech is a division of the global engineering company Roush Enterprises, developing propane autogas and electric propulsion technology for medium-duty Ford commercial vehicles and school buses. Derek Whaley, Business Development Director, will discuss ROUSH CleanTech’s school bus technology and customer programming.
Kerlin Bus Sales and Leasing is located in Northern Indiana and carries a full line of Thomas Built Buses products ranging from 14 passenger activity buses to large-size commercial vehicles. Kerlin Bus Sales and Leasing is aligned with local service centers throughout the state to provide the best customer service experience possible. Dave Dorsett, Regional Account Manager, will be discussing available Thomas Built Buses and customer programs.
Greater Indiana is an independent nonprofit organization focused on advancing communities with education and resources on alternative fuel vehicles. Their mission is to advance alternative, domestic fueled transportation including energy efficient technologies across all sectors in Indiana. Kerri Garvin, Executive Director, will discuss Greater Indiana and the work it does to support the adoption of alternative fuels and transportation.
