IUPUI is proud to host the Indiana Sustainability and Resilience Conference, presented by the Indianapolis Airport Authority and made possible by the McKinney Family Foundation. The Conference is a productive, annual gathering of sustainability professionals and champions, where we will showcase local successes, share best practices, engage in place-based problem solving, and facilitate collaboration to advance sustainability in the Hoosier state.
The Indiana Sustainability and Resilience Conference is a VIRTUAL event taking place over two half days, Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Wednesday, Sept 2, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
This format will allow you to gather, engage, and learn in community with Indiana’s sustainability and resilience leaders, all from the safety of your home. Attendees can enjoy the same informative panel topics, presenters and speakers, interactive expo hall and networking sessions – without any risk or need to travel.
Using a virtual conferencing platform, we will simulate a Conference experience where you will still be able to actively see, hear, and interact with other guests and speakers in real time. Additionally, attendees will be granted exclusive access to stream all Conference panels after the event.
Kerri Garvin, Executive Director at Greater Indiana Clean Cities, will be speaking on September 1 during the first engagement session. Her presentation, The Case for Electrification, will take place from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.
