According to guidance from the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) formula program under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Indiana can expect to receive nearly $100 million in federal funding to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality Infrastructure that enables EV drivers to travel throughout the state.
Indiana Department of Transportation has conducted public engagement to inform the state implementation plan which is due August 1. Public Engagement has included an RFI, Virtual Open House Webinar, Public Survey, Utility Survey, three in-person meetings, and one-on-one meetings with stakeholders upon request. The Plan will be posted for public comment on August 1.
