Greater Indiana Organizes Alternative Fuel Events

On Saturday, May 11^th, the City of Carmel Indiana, in partnership with Greater Indiana Clean Cities, was host to an Electric Vehicle (EV) Ride and Drive during the Meet Me on Main monthly event. A variety of electric vehicles from different brands, including Tesla and BlueIndy, were proudly on display along Main Street. Event goers got the chance to either ride along or drive an electric vehicle. Signups and informational pamphlets were available on site.

LNG-Truck/Plant Demo – June 19th
On Wednesday, June 19^th Greater Indiana, in partnership with Kinetrex Energy and the Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA), will be hosting an LNG Truck/Demonstration Event, at the Kinetrex Energy south plant in Beech Grove, Indiana. Meet Me on Main EV Ride and Drive – July 13th
On Saturday, July 13^th, Greater Indiana will be working in conjunction with the city of Carmel to host another EV Ride and Drive event at Meet Me on Main. Attendees will have a chance to ride or drive an electric vehicle. For more information about Meet Me on Main, click here.

Open Streets Fort Wayne, Alt Fuel Ride and Drive – July 14^th
On Sunday, July 14^th Greater Indiana will be participating in the City of Fort Wayne’s Open Streets event. The event runs from 11a.m. until 3p.m. with an After Party from 3p.m. to 5p.m. Event goers will get the chance to check out a variety of alternative fueled vehicles.
