For those that were not able to attend the EPA’s Utility and Infrastructure Planning Webinar on February 9th, the resources are outlined below.
The webinar was focused on how to start the discussion about electric school bus infrastructure with your utility. The Joint Office of Energy and Transportation discussed steps that should be taken before, during, and after the electric school bus infrastructure is installed and provided best practices for how to approach these conversations.

EPA is partnering with The Joint Office to offer clean school bus technical assistance to school districts, including information and tools needed to successfully plan and deploy clean school buses and infrastructure. They have expertise in a wide range of clean school bus deployment topics, such as electric bus basics, charging equipment, utility connections, bus performance, and operational considerations like routing and maintenance.
