Kerri Garvin is the Executive Director of the Greater Indiana Clean Cities Inc., a standalone nonprofit advancing communities with education and resources on alternative fuel vehicles across the state of Indiana. Kerri is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events and conferences sharing information about Greater Indiana, alternative fuels and transportation, funding opportunities, and resources. Greater Indiana assists members and stakeholders with grants, research, events, project coordination, marketing, fleet planning, and outreach activities to increase the use of alternative fuels and vehicles. As the Director of Greater Indiana, Kerri works with government, universities, equipment manufacturers, fuel providers and other key stakeholders to expand the use of alternative fuel transportation and infrastructure.
Kerri previously served as the Program Coordinator for Electric Transportation at Indiana Michigan Power (AEP) developing materials and plans for programs on electric vehicles. The position coordinated outreach and education for both internal and external customers. During her time with the City of Fort Wayne, she served as a Program Manager for energy and sustainability and the Executive Director for the Northeast Indiana Sustainable Business Council (NISBC). Trained by the Envision sustainable infrastructure rating system, Kerri integrated the concepts into City Utility projects to help meet their sustainability and energy efficiency goals. As the Executive Director for the NISBC, she provided training, certification, and assistance to area businesses using their Bright Green Business program.
While serving in the Public Information Office of Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry’s administration she successfully led the City’s efforts to be recognized for the third time as a National Civic League “All-America City”. In addition, she spearheaded the creation of the Mayor’s Youth Engagement Council, an all-teen volunteer council dedicated to service-learning, leadership, and engagement in Fort Wayne. Kerri also served a mayoral appointment to the City of Fort Wayne’s Sister Cities International program, facilitating economic development opportunities and cultural exchanges between Fort Wayne, Indiana, and nation cities worldwide.
Kerri holds a Master’s in Public Affairs with a concentration on Public Management and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Fort Wayne.

Kaylee serves as the Development and Communications Manager of Greater Indiana. In this role she plans and hosts in person and virtual events and plans and executes the organization’s communications strategy. Kaylee is also responsible for the organization’s membership program, managing member relationships and the execution of member benefits.
Prior to joining the Greater Indiana team, Kaylee served as the Marketing and Operations Director at Terra Science and Education, an educational nonprofit in Central New York. In her role with Terra, Kaylee organized and marketed regional and international events, managed scholarship and grant programs, and operated as the office administrator. Kaylee also served on the board of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Central New York Chapter, organizing professional development programs for communications professionals.
Kaylee is a graduate of The State University of New York at Oswego and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.

Abhishek serves as the Project Coordinator of Greater Indiana, conducting research on transportation energy policies, technologies, industry solution providers and related information in order to develop educational materials and assist stakeholders with proposals and alternative fuel transportation projects. In his role as Project Coordinator, Abhishek will lead Greater Indiana’s Fleet Analysis projects and coordinate demo events.
Abhishek hails from Mumbai, India and has a Masters in Chemistry from Mumbai University. Most recently, he graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a dual masters in Environmental Science and Public Affairs.
While a student at Indiana University, Abhishek worked with The City of Michigan City as an Indiana Sustainability Development Fellow, assisting with the development of the city’s inaugural Greenhouse Gas Inventory. Abhishek interned with Greater Indiana, engaging with members about funding opportunities, educational events, and calculated emissions reductions for alternative fuel options.
