CDP has recognized the City of Indianapolis as one of 119 cities and counties globally demonstrating leadership in environmental action and transparency. Despite global challenges, Indianapolis received an A rating for the sixth time by disclosing environmental impact data through CDP since 2015. The Cities A List by CDP-ICLEI Track acknowledges cities that publicly disclose environmental information, have a citywide emissions inventory, have published a climate action plan, completed a climate risk assessment, and have a climate adaptation plan.
