Indiana Climate Change Impacts Survey (Closes Dec. 15)
The Indiana Climate Change Impacts Assessment is a statewide effort to apply the best available climate change research, with the goal of helping Hoosiers better understand climate-related risks and opportunities.
Purdue University led the first INCCIA effort beginning in 2015, with input from dozens of Indiana-based institutions. The report series provides county-by-county climate projections and covers impacts ranging from longer allergy seasons to changes in flood and drought conditions to changes that affect industries like agriculture and recreation.
ERI is leading an update to incorporate the most recent climate data and modeling techniques and is seeking feedback from users to improve the next iteration.
