Upcoming Indiana EV Experience Events in Evansville and Central Indiana

Join us in Evansville on September 28 and Indianapolis on October 5 to learn more about electric vehicles, charging, available tax credits, and to test drive an EV!

Where: Evansville Day School – 3400 N. Green River Rd., Evansville, IN

Local nonprofit Tri-State Creation Care is hosting its third annual EV cruise-in coupled with test drives and ride-alongs. This event is free and open to the public.

Auto dealers will bring various new EVs for adult attendees to test drive. Plus EV owners will have their vehicles participating in the cruise-in portion, including Vanderburgh County Sheriff Office’s new Tesla cruiser. And there will be e-bikes, e-carts and battery-operated lawn & garden equipment to check out, along with companies tabling for energy-efficient appliances.

Entertainment for the whole family includes: robotics and paper-making demonstrations; interactive storytelling; live music & a DJ; vendors; food trucks; four $100 door prizes; local Celebrity Drivers (Calbert Cheaney, Ange Humphrey, Roger Kalia, Phil Smith, Daniela Vidal, Greg Wathen, Linda White, Eric Xiao) to lead off the day’s test drives; kids’ activities; an inflatable 50′ obstacle course; butterfly ambassadors; nature crafts; and the nearby Master Gardeners Display Garden.

Where: St. Luke’s United Methodist Church – 100 W 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46260

The Indy EV Showcase is back! The Indianapolis Office of Sustainability and City of Carmel invite you to Indy’s premier event for getting up to speed on driving electric.

If you’re EV-curious, join us at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church to test-drive multiple new-model EVs, demo a charger, learn about incentives for EV owners, ask the experts all of your questions, and talk to other local drivers about EV ownership.
