Indiana Department of Revenue

Mr. Poe will review the $15,000 Indiana Natural Gas Class 8 tax credit, the 2,000 pound weight exemption and answer attendee questions regarding the new incentive and law.

Mr. Poe came to the Indiana Department of Revenue in 1976. Prior to taking on the responsibilities of Deputy Commissioner, he served as the Administrator of the Department’s Motor Carrier Services division.  In February of 2006, Mr. Poe was honored with one of the first Governor’s Achievement Awards by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. Mr. Poe graduated from ISU in 1972, with a bachelor’s in business.
This event is one of over 100 events, across the U.S., hosted by Clean Cities Coalitions to raise awareness about the benefits and opportunities surrounding alternative fuels and technologies for on-road transportation applications.
