The Greater Indiana Clean Cities Coalition was designated as a US Department of Energy Clean Cities Coalition in 1999.

A 501C3 that serves 2/3 of Indiana’s public and private sector fleets, GICC assists fleet operators with the decision making process and deployment of American fuels and technologies to reduce operating costs, greenhouse gas emissions and foreign oil consumption.
